most classes are heated unless otherwise noted. warm classes are 80-85 degrees, and hot classes are 85-90 degrees.

hot vinyasa flow

focused on cultivating a moving meditation, our hot vinyasa flow class is guaranteed to melt the day away. get out of your head, and into your body and breath. we welcome every body and everybody! pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. class length is 60 minutes.

emPower flow

hot emPower flow is the jam! prepare to challenge your body and mind in this heated power vinyasa style class with an upbeat and mindful playlist. as you move with your breath, you will build strength, break a sweat, and then stretch it allllllllll out. all levels and bodies are welcome! variations of poses are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. class length is 60 minutes.

warm slow flow

stretchy, sweaty, soulful and sweet. this slow and flow-y class is gently heated and focuses on deep stretches and longer holds. expect to wind down with a yin pose or two. great for all bodies and all levels. really great for runners and cyclists! pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. class length is 60 minutes.

hot core flow

our most challenging class for your mind and body! we will focus more on building strength, and a bit less on flowing while still focusing on the breath. count on lots of core work, inversion prep, and strength drills as you sweat your worries away. savasana never felt so good! pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. class length is 60 minutes.

yin

take a chill pill! cool that heat you cultivate in your vinyasa classes (and off the mat!) and balance it out with a practice for your moon side. we will hold mostly seated postures for 1-5 minutes and restore balance in the body using our breath and stillness. pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. class length is 60 minutes.

deep reset

this class is a real treat! we will spend the first part of class in seated and supine yin poses, and conclude with a soul soothing yoga nidra. yoga nidra is a powerful meditation tool often referred to as yogic sleep. this guided meditation reduces stress, promotes rest and relaxation, and is a lovely way to find a reset before you tackle the week ahead. pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. class length is 60 minutes.

sacred sunday flow

get on your mat and breathe away the sunday scaries. sacred sunday flow is all about feeling good in your mind and your body. you can expect to move, meditate, sweat, and glow in this heated vinyasa style flow class with some strength building movements and deeper holds sprinkled in. pose variations are always shared so that the practice is accessible to everyone. class length is 75 minutes.

FAQs

i’m new! how do I know which class is best for me?

all classes are open to all levels and abilities, and pose variations are always offered. students are encouraged to listen to their bodies, and rest when needed in any class. we are happy to discuss your individual needs and spend some time with you to help you decide how to begin your healing and yoga journey.

how should I prepare for class?

we recommend dressing in clothing that is comfortable and not distracting to move in. make sure you have water, a towel, and any props you may need for your practice. ot is ideal to arrive to in-person classes 15 minutes early in order to set up your mat and relax.

what can I expect during class?

during any class, you can expect to connect to your mind, body, and breath. mindful movement is always encouraged through the guidance of a certified instructor. whether you are new to yoga, or a current practitioner, you will find yourself challenged mentally and physically through both stillness and movement. we encourage you to rest and hydrate any time you feel that you need to. most importantly, if something doesn’t feel good in your body, pay attention to that and exit the pose.
